Dr. Jasmine Ghotra

Dr. Jasmine Ghotra BSc, O.D

Dr. Ghotra earned a Doctor of Optometry Degree from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois after graduating from the University of British Columbia with Bachelor of Science in Biology.

As a part of her optometry curriculum, Dr. Ghotra completed her externships in Ocular Disease management and treatment, Specialty Contact lens, Pediatrics and Vision Therapy at Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago and Low vision at Veteran Affair’s Medical Hospital at West Haven, Connecticut.

Dr. Ghotra holds special interest in Pediatric vision care, Myopia and Dry Eye Management and Contact lens fitting. She performs comprehensive eye exams for all ages with emphasis on ocular health.

She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to her patients by addressing their key concerns and making a difference in their daily lives. She is a certified by College of Optometrists of British Columbia. She is also a active member of British Columbia Doctors of Optometry (BCDO) and The Canadian Association of Optometrists (CAO).

She is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. She likes to volunteer and give back to the community. When she is not delivering heath care, she likes to spend time with her family and friends and enjoy Mother Nature.

Dr. Sajal Singla BSc, O.D

Originally from Chilliwack and now proud to call Langley home, Dr. Singla developed a passion for optometry early on after memorable childhood eye exams. He studied at the University of Alberta before earning his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry, graduating magna cum laude with the Trustees’ Scholarship and Exceptional Tutor Award in 2025.

He completed clinical training at The Villages VA Outpatient Clinic in Florida and the Illinois Eye Institute, earning honours in areas such as ocular disease, myopia control, and pediatric care. Dr. Singla is committed to providing thorough, compassionate, and up-to-date care for every patient he sees.

He is fluent in English and Punjabi, and a member of the BC Doctors of Optometry and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.

Outside the clinic, he’s a big sports fan—especially when it comes to the Vancouver Canucks (feel free to tease him about it!).

Dr. Safa Salman

Dr. Salman is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and compassionate eye care with a patient-centered approach. Raised in British Columbia, Canada, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Simon Fraser University before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.

During her optometric training, Dr. Salman completed externships in ocular disease, medical ophthalmology co-management and treatment, and pediatrics and vision therapy at Veterans Medical Hospital in Spokane, Washington; Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute in Tacoma, Washington; and various private practices across the USA. She gained extensive clinical experience providing comprehensive eye exams and specialized care, with a particular emphasis on dry eye management and myopia control.

Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, Dr. Salman is excited to be back serving her community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places and cherishing time with family and friends.
